CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order with us, you make an offer to purchase or rent AQUARELLO products.

If the ordered goods are not available or there is a price error, we will notify you immediately. If no replacement goods are desired, a refund will be processed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

The customer may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RENTAL

AQUARELLO products can be rented within Switzerland. Interested parties will receive the rental terms upon request.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

These terms of use may be changed at any time.
